Phoenix Behavioral Services, Inc. is licensed by SUPR to provide Treatment, Intervention and Assessments for substance abuse services. Phoenix Behavioral Services, Inc. is able to provide outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment.

Phoenix Behavioral Services, Inc. is licensed by the State of Illinois, Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR) to provide Risk Education, Early Intervention, Treatment and DUI Evaluation and Re-evaluations. ​

Mental Health Assessment, recommendations and referrals to primary health professionals. We also offer anger management and parenting classes.

The staff of Phoenix Behavioral Services, Inc. has over 30 years of clinical experience. All of the staff are licensed or certified in the State of Illinois to practice as substance abuse clinicians. Over half the staff is bilingual and bi-cultural in Spanish.

The Mission of Phoenix Behavioral Services, Inc. is to deliver effective and comprehensive substance abuse treatment by utilizing best practice & evidence based interventions.
